1. Description of Service

KleiraShield is a VPN client that allows you to connect to VPN configurations that you provide and control.

• Does not provide VPN services
• Does not operate or manage VPN servers
• Does not control or monitor your VPN connection

You are solely responsible for your VPN setup, provider, and usage.

2. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your VPN configurations, providers, and all activity conducted through the App.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require an account with accurate info (name and email).

You are responsible for account security and account activity.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the App.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, protections, or restrictions.
• Do not use the App in a way that could harm the service or others.

5. Access Control & Enforcement

We may limit usage, restrict devices, block IPs/regions, suspend accounts, or deny access at any time.

6. No Warranty & As-Is Use

KleiraShield is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

7. No Liability for VPN Use

We are not responsible for VPN performance, security, transmitted data, or configuration issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KleiraShield and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses of data, profits, connectivity, or service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the KleiraShield Privacy Policy.

10. Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, abuse, or security concerns.

12. Governing Use

KleiraShield is primarily operated for users in the United States.

13. App Store Terms

If downloaded from Apple App Store, these terms are between you and KleiraShield. Apple is not responsible for the App and acts as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
